Sharing Your Link
Each scheduling link has its own public, permanent URL.
Your default link is available at:
veja.quandoposso.com/u/{your-username}Named links have the slug appended:
veja.quandoposso.com/u/{your-username}/{slug}For example, a link with slug quick-chat for user rafa becomes:
veja.quandoposso.com/u/rafa/quick-chatWhere to find your links
Section titled “Where to find your links”When you open the QuandoPosso dashboard, all your scheduling links are listed in the Scheduling section. Click the copy icon next to any link to copy its URL.
Sharing specific links
Section titled “Sharing specific links”If you have multiple scheduling links, choose which one to share based on context:
- Share your default link as a general-purpose booking page.
- Share a named link when you want to direct people to a specific meeting type (e.g., send the
quick-chatlink for informal conversations and theconsultationlink for paid sessions).
[!TIP] You can use different links in different places. For example, put your default link in your email signature and a specific named link in a social media post about a particular service.
Where to share
Section titled “Where to share”The more visible your link is, the easier it becomes for people to book time with you. A few ideas:
- Email signature - add the link to the footer of your professional emails.
- Social media - put it in your Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social bios.
- Messaging apps - send it directly via WhatsApp or any other channel.
- Your website or portfolio - include a button or link on your personal page.
Customize your username
Section titled “Customize your username”Your username determines the URL of your scheduling page. You can change it at any time under Settings > Profile. Pick something short, easy to remember, and easy to type - this makes a real difference when sharing verbally or on printed materials.
Tips for effective sharing
Section titled “Tips for effective sharing”- Use the same username across all your platforms to keep things consistent.
- Prefer sharing the full link instead of URL shorteners to build more trust.
- Pin the link in places where people already look for ways to reach you.
