Booking Page

The booking page is what people see when they visit your public link. Each scheduling link has its own booking page:

  • Default link: veja.quandoposso.com/u/{username}
  • Named links: veja.quandoposso.com/u/{username}/{slug}

The booking page adapts to the specific link’s settings — it displays that link’s name, description, duration, and uses that link’s working hours and booking rules to calculate available slots. The entire booking process happens in three simple steps, with no account required.

[!NOTE] If the scheduling link has access restrictions configured, the visitor will need to enter their email before seeing the calendar. Only authorized emails will be able to proceed. See Scheduling Links for details.

When visitors open the page, they see your profile information and the details of the specific scheduling link — name, duration, and description. This helps them understand the purpose of the booking before picking a time.

The visitor selects a date on the calendar and then picks one of the available time slots for that day. The displayed times already account for:

  • Your availability rules - days, time slots, and pre/post-meeting buffers you have configured.
  • Your existing appointments - events already present in your synced Google calendars.

This ensures no one can book a time you are unable to attend.

After choosing a time, the visitor fills in:

  • Name - So you know who booked.
  • Email - To receive the booking confirmation.
  • Notes (optional) - A free-text field for additional context.

Once confirmed, the booking is created.

Both parties receive a confirmation. The event is automatically added to your Google Calendar, preventing conflicts with future bookings.

The booking page is responsive and works well on any device - desktop, tablet, or phone.
