Meetings

The Meetings page in the QuandoPosso dashboard brings all your bookings together in one place.

Navigation tabs

The page is split into two tabs:

• Upcoming - confirmed meetings that haven’t happened yet.
• Past - history of meetings that already took place.

Booking details

Each meeting card shows:

• Guest name
• Guest email
• Date and time
• Event type

Canceling meetings

You can cancel any future meeting directly from the “Upcoming” tab. When canceling, you can include an optional reason - this helps the guest understand why the meeting was canceled.

When a meeting is canceled, the guest is automatically notified by email.

History

Past meetings are saved under the “Past” tab for your reference. This is useful for checking who you’ve already met with, when, and for which event type. The history cannot be deleted, ensuring a complete record of your bookings.
