Calendar Sync
QuandoPosso integrates with Google Calendar to make sure your available times are always up to date and that new bookings automatically show up on your calendar.
Primary account
Section titled “Primary account”When you sign in to QuandoPosso via Google OAuth, your primary Google account is connected automatically. No additional setup is needed to start using calendar sync.
Additional accounts
Section titled “Additional accounts”If you use separate calendars for work and personal life, you can connect additional Google accounts from the Availability settings page. This is especially useful when you want events from all your calendars to be taken into account when displaying available times.
Conflict checking
Section titled “Conflict checking”All connected calendars are checked in real time when a guest visits your booking page. If a time slot is already occupied in any of your calendars, it won’t be shown as available. This prevents conflicts and ensures you never end up with two meetings at the same time.
New bookings
Section titled “New bookings”When someone books a meeting with you through veja.quandoposso.com/u/{your-username}, the event is automatically added to your primary Google account’s calendar. The event includes the meeting details such as the guest’s name and email, event type, and time.
- Connect every account you use day to day to avoid overlapping appointments.
- Periodically check that your accounts are still connected on the Availability page.
