Booking Page

The booking page is what people see when they visit your public link at veja.quandoposso.com/u/{username}. The entire booking process happens in three simple steps, with no account required.

When visitors open the page, they see your profile information and the details of the available event - name, duration, and description. This helps them understand the purpose of the booking before picking a time.

The visitor selects a date on the calendar and then picks one of the available time slots for that day. The displayed times already account for:

  • Your availability rules - days, time slots, and buffers you have configured.
  • Your existing appointments - events already present in your synced Google calendars.

This ensures no one can book a time you are unable to attend.

After choosing a time, the visitor fills in:

  • Name - So you know who booked.
  • Email - To receive the booking confirmation.
  • Notes (optional) - A free-text field for additional context.

Once confirmed, the booking is created.

Both parties receive a confirmation. The event is automatically added to your Google Calendar, preventing conflicts with future bookings.

The booking page is responsive and works well on any device - desktop, tablet, or phone.
