Billing and Subscription
QuandoPosso offers a trial period for new users, letting you explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
Trial period
Section titled “Trial period”When you create your account, you get access to a trial period with all features available. Once the trial ends, you need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.
Available plans

Both plans include full access to every QuandoPosso feature. The only difference is the billing cycle and total cost.
Payment via Stripe
Section titled “Payment via Stripe”All payments are securely processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment platforms in the world. QuandoPosso does not store your card details - everything is handled directly by Stripe.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Go to Settings > Billing inside QuandoPosso to:
- View your current plan - see which plan is active and when the next charge occurs.
- Update your payment method - change your credit card details.
- Switch plans - move between monthly and annual based on your preference.
- Cancel your subscription - you can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Prices in BRL
Section titled “Prices in BRL”All prices are charged in BRL (Brazilian real). The amount shown on the subscription screen is the final price - no additional fees.
